Using the portal

These terms govern use of Downriver Office Portal, operated by Detroit Decal & Apparel, LLC, for job submission, artwork management, customer proofs, approvals and production coordination. Use the portal only if you are authorized to act for yourself or the business or customer you represent.

Accounts and access

Keep your portal credentials secure and use your assigned account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another user’s connected account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or upload malicious content. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues.

Artwork and customer information

You are responsible for having permission to upload, reproduce and share the artwork and customer information you submit. You retain your rights in your content. You allow us and our service providers to store, display, process and share it as needed to prepare proofs, obtain approvals and carry out the requested work.

Only upload information relevant to your work. Approval links and artwork URLs can be forwarded or accessed by people who receive them; share them carefully. Deleting files or approval records may permanently remove production history and does not recall copies already downloaded or emailed.

Proofs and production

Review the proof, spelling, artwork, item selections, placement and job instructions before approving. Submit corrections through the approval workflow or contact the production team before work proceeds. Screen previews may differ from physical products in color, scale or appearance. A proof approval records the approval of the displayed revision.

Pricing, payment, delivery, cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable quote, invoice or separate order agreement. These portal terms do not create a delivery guarantee or change an existing order agreement.

Connected Gmail and QuickBooks accounts

Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Google authorization lets the portal send proof emails from your connected Gmail account when you create a proof or choose Send or Resend. Check the customer’s email address and proof content before initiating those actions. Do not use the feature for spam, deceptive messages or unauthorized communication.

Google and Intuit services are also subject to their own terms and account policies. Access can expire or be revoked, and provider limits or outages can interrupt sending or syncing. A successful email-sending response does not guarantee that a recipient reads the message or that it reaches their inbox. Check your Gmail Sent folder before retrying after an uncertain delivery result.

You may disconnect Gmail from Email settings and revoke access through Google Account settings. Disconnecting does not recall sent emails or remove existing job and approval records.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle portal information, Google account data, authorization tokens, delivery records and deletion requests.

Availability and changes

We may update portal features or pause access for maintenance and security. Keep your original production files and contact us if a portal issue could affect a deadline. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
